Callbook (YC S26) is the AI collections agency that finds hard-to-reach borrowers, understands their situation, and negotiates with them to recover money lenders would otherwise write off. Callbook runs collections at massive scale for banks, fintechs, BNPL providers, and other lenders. It researches each borrower, figures out the best way to reach them, understands what happened, and adapts the collection strategy accordingly.
